Jill Meredith joins Kilmeade & Friends to discuss the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and the long security lines you will see at airports this year. Jill says, “I feel this is one of the busiest years as I’ve had with my firm. It’s going to be extremely long because of the two busiest travel times coming up. Thanksgiving and Christmas.” They also discuss all the TSA bomb-sniffing dogs. Jill says, “I think the TSA’s been pretty good. I know they’ve been flooded by requests this year. The airport screening staff has been working hard as well.”

When it comes to cultivating a healthy mind and body, Jill offers a simple seven-step meditation. She says, “Get into a mental space that involves visualization, mindfulness. Be aware of your breath, don’t get in the habit of always saying, ‘no.’ If I ever did start getting in the habit of saying ‘no,’ I would just keep on saying ‘yes’.” Jill also shares advice on how to take control of your life and write a book. She says, “All you really need to do to be in control of your life is to write a book, the more you write the more control you have.”
