The Board of Directors of Afiniti, a provider of business management services to big companies, has unanimously accepted the resignation of Chief Executive Officer, Zia Chishti, from the Board of Directors effective immediately.
Zia Chishti joined Afiniti in 2012, bringing his wealth of experience gained from leading successful small and large companies to the senior leadership team at Afiniti.
In an email to employees, Board Chairman Nazareth Kollet said:
“We appreciate the contributions of Mr. Chishti and wish him success in the future. We are grateful for his efforts and loyalty to Afiniti, and we look forward to his return to board leadership, when his reasons for leaving become clearer. We are also grateful to the outstanding leadership team at Afiniti and for the great work they have been doing, and for the truly unique culture that has been created. We are confident that Afiniti’s top employees will take Afiniti forward in his absence.”
